Art and design takes centre stage for final phase at Arthaus

A choice of artworks from world-famous artists, such as Damien Hirst, Adam Dant, LE GUN, Gavin Turk, Andy Warhol, worth £40,000, or an interior design consultation, worth £25,000, will be included in the sale of each of the last seven apartments in the final phase at Hackney’s most iconic residential development, Arthaus.

Buyers reserving an apartment during the open days, 4th-6th November, will each be eligible for a personal consultation with Arthaus’ own gallery, GALERIE8, in choosing artworks for their new apartment, or buyers could choose to be treated to a bespoke interior design scheme from leading London designers Ardesia Design.

Each of the seven apartments constructed by niche developer Union Developments will be able to feature the original artwork in a domestic setting and can be chosen by potential buyers to adorn the walls of their new home.
