Huntress Group Grows Revenues & Strengthens Main Board

Huntress Search Ltd, a leading independent recruitment company, today announced that the Senior Management Team have agreed a buyout of the Nomura Private Equity holding in the company.

John Pullan joined Computer Futures in 1993 as a founding member of the contract division. In 2003 Pullan, founded JP Gray, the first non-IT branded recruiter in the Sthree Group, focusing on Accountancy and Finance across Europe and took a seat on the Sthree PLC Executive Board.

Geoff Lloyd founded the technical recruitment company, NES, during 1978 in Oil & Gas, Power, IT and Infrastructure with offices in the UK, America, Middle and Far East. As Chairman, Lloyd, led NES to a hugely successful exit in 2006 when the company was sold in an £86m transaction.

Huntress is benefiting from their investment in experienced consultants, a stronger market and the emergence of their new “Recruitment for Professionals” brand, Hamilton Blake. In the first quarter of, 2010, NFI was up 17% on the last quarter of 2009. This improved performance will allow the company to further invest in the business with the expansion of headcount across all its core sectors.
